The folks at The Container store reached out to us few months ago to see if we’d be interested in checking out their newest addition to their product line, Gladiator, as well as a long time favorite, The Elfa Shelving System. We sent the size of the area where we could use more storage over to the container store’s in house designer. Their design included cabinet storage as well as an entire wall unit with shelving. We decided to install the system ourselves, but The Container Store does offer an installation service if you prefer that. 

In this weeks video we taking a really outdated bedroom and sprucing it up by painting the walls white, installing new trim, installing new carpet, installing a new ceiling fan, and decorating the room in simplistic modern style.

This week we are taking on a Miter Saw Station build! We are using shop stands from Rockler with casters, so we are still able to roll the entire station around the shop for cleaning purposes, or if we change up the layout. This station works the best for our best and our storage needs!

We finally got our hands on the Dewalt 10-Compartment Deep Pro Small Parts Organizer and the Dewalt 10-Compartment Pro Small Parts Organizer! These are the best for organizing screws, bolts, and really any small parts. And the best part, they connect to each other for transporting!

This week we made these simple 2x2 side tables/magazine rack with Sam from Sam Ryan Designs! This project is a great one for beginner woodworkers or DIYers! This is really cheap in materials and it’s such a neat design that will match any home with different stains, paints, or finishes.

This week we made a coffee table made out of concrete and a live edge cherry slab from downtown Birmingham, AL. This project turned out so cool and Alex from Mr. Build It did an awesome job with the legs! Praise the Lord that the concrete didn't break on us and everything worked out! This was a really fun project and it’s the perfect modern for our office.

We all have dreamed of having the ultimate shop or even simply the ultimate workbench. A workbench that can define you as maker. A workbench that is the center of attention. A workbench that you grin every time you use it. A workbench where all your best projects are made. Most importantly, a workbench that your kid's kid will love and cherish one day. This workbench is that workbench for us. We have build and made plans for our Steel and Wood Workbench!

In this weeks video we installed a custom bar cabinet in a client's home. They are building a gorgeous custom home complete with a small, but really cool wine cellar. We absolutely loved the way this cabinet turned out. Its always fun to be able to design a project thats both functional and elegant.
